For our Client, international company from HVAC Industry we are looking for candidates for the position of Head of Sales, with responsibility for Czech and Slovak market.
Responsibilities :
- responsible for managing the P&L of the Business Unit in in Czech Republic and Slovakia,
- developing a comprehensive commercial strategy,
- implementing global and regional strategy to local market,
- leading the team of 40 FTE+ including Sales, Customer Service, Technical Service and Logistics,
- creating sales plans, supervision and responsibility for delivery of the plan,
- analysis of competition activities, participation in industry events,
- building and maintaining relationships with key clients,
- implementing and overseeing continuous improvement projects,
- cooperating with Headquarters in Germany,
- taking care of the company's image in Czech Republic and Slovakia, representing it externally.
Requirements :
bachelor’s degree in economics or engineering, MBA will be a strong asset,minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial position - supported by successes in managing sales to B2B clients,experience HVAC industry or Industrial Automation,excellent leadership, people management and communication skills with the ability to motivate and further develop teams,negotiation skills and building long-term relationships,excellent organization of own work and that of subordinate employees.The offer :
