Int ernational Client Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

03 Foods is a fast-growing supplier of fruit-based food ingredients, working with leading beverage, food, and health companies worldwide. As we expand across Europe and North America, we are looking for an International Client Acquisition Specialist to support our growth by creating new business opportunities and connecting us with potential clients.

Your mission is to drive our entry into existing and new markets by identifying opportunities, connecting with decision-makers, assisting / sending out sales "campaigns" and setting up the initial engagements that allow our sales traders to convert potential into growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in international lead generation, research, and client acquisition (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage.
  • Confidence in communicating with business clients across Europe and North America .
  • Professional presence in calls, emails, messaging and virtual meetings , representing the company as the first point of contact.
  • Ability to design and run outreach campaigns in CRM systems (Zoho One preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report campaign effectiveness.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently across multiple time zones.
