What You Will Do :
As a Channel Sales Engineer, you'llbe responsible for finding and developing strong relationships with new channel partners across Czechia and Slovakia . You'll collaborate with internal teams to secure deals and achieve sales targets.
How You Will Do It :
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key channel partners.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
- Become an expert on Johnson Controls’ YORK products and articulate their value proposition.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide training and support to channel partners.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
What We're Looking For :
Native Czech / Slovak speaker fluent in EnglishTechnical acumen with HVAC knowledge / experiencePrevious success in channel / direct sales, preferably in the HVAC industryFamiliarity with technical selections of HVAC appliances and offer preparationsStrong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skillsDriving license and willingness to travelAdvanced user of MS OfficeWhy Join Us?
