At Eni , we are looking for a Customer Service Representative within Versalis Internationa l in Prague , Czech Republic. You will be responsible for keeping daily contact with Customers and carrying out order management and processing. Providing and processing information in response to inquiries and requests about products and services.

As a member of the commercial area at Versalis International , you will be responsible for :
- Uploading and checking customer orders with reference to all conditions, prices, and credit limits; uploading full instructions for the shipment, and preparing directly or ensuring that all other necessary documents are available.
- Checking product availability for the required dates.
- Organizing workflow to meet customer timeframes.
- Sending customer’s order confirmation, and shipping documents if required, and providing delivery information, keeping customers informed about variations.
- Following the status of the order : material preparation, booking reservation.
- Receiving and classifying customer complaints engaging proper company units to solve them.
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Following up on customer orders in all phases, including the invoicing phase, credit, and debit notes order phases, keeping the customer informed.
- Providing all required reporting including customer activity reports.
- Carrying out pertinent activities to keep Master Data updated in company systems, and support sales to set up new customer accounts and manage customer accounts
- Place purchase orders for local stock
- Stock management : goods receipt / goods issue for invoicing
