In this role, you will act as a key advisor and sparring partner to business leaders, driving global and regional HR projects and initiatives that add significant value to the business.
As a Business Partner in the Management Advisory team for Continental Europe, located in Prague, you will be responsible for :
- Providing strategic guidance to management within CE, enabling them to achieve their corporate objectives through effective HR practices.
- Driving the coordination of HR processes within the dedicated area, with a focus on risk mitigation and resource optimization.
- Leading and facilitating structural changes within your area of responsibility.
- Monitoring staff retention and employee engagement and taking appropriate actions when required.
- Coordinating the performance review process, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and the company processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensuring that individual HR initiatives are in harmony with global and regional standards, promoting consistency and excellence.
- Coordinating the training plan and budget and leveraging all available development resources (training platforms, portfolio rounds etc) to support employee growth and business success.
- Leading the annual salary and bonus review processes in the designated areas.
- Ensuring adherence to global and local remuneration principles, supporting fairness and consistency in compensation practices.
We expect you to :
Have a degree in Economics or Human Resources or other related discipline.Have the HRBP or comparable experience in Human Resources of at least 10 years, preferrably within an international environment.Understand the banking and / or hightech business sectors and have a solid knowledge about the Czech labor market.Be able to liaise with other HR teams and colleagues worldwide to provide seamless, effective and agile HR service to the business.Be an integral personality with strong ethical codex.Have extensive knowledge of the Czech labor law system, solid knowledge of the EU based regulations connected with HR area.Excellent English is a must, German is an advantage, any other European language a big plus.Have extensive PC skills - user knowledge of HR systems (EC, SAP) and advanced MS Office.Following characteristics / abilities might help you to enjoy the job and be successful in it :
