Senior Sofware Engineer

Your Role

Become a scrum team member responsible for the Core parts of our highly scalable SolarWinds SWOSH (SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted) product. As a Senior Developer, you will work with product managers to design, review, and develop new features and improve existing ones to make our customers happier. Also, you can have a broader impact on the practices used in the team and the whole department. To help in this way, we have many communities (Architecture, DB, Security, Build, Automation, Agile, etc.) you can be part of based on your interests / preferences.

Your Impact :

• You and your team will be responsible for the entire development process, from prototyping to development, testing, and deployment.
• You will be part of an agile team that writes code, tests it, and takes care of its high quality and maintenance.
• We will be helping you, and you will be helping others to grow technical and soft skills.
• You will cooperate with other teams in the international environment to ensure meeting the product and organization goals.
• You will be the team’s technical leader to implement features according to the design.
• You will help guide the team to follow best practices and keep standards.
