What You’ll Do :

As a Hostess, you’ll be the face of our B&F (Beverage & Food) venues, welcoming guests with a smile and curating their first impression of the W experience. You’ll :

Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism

Manage reservations and waitlists using our reservation system

Maintain a clean, stylish, and organized host area

Coordinate large parties and special seating arrangements

Support the dining team with smooth service flow

Handle guest requests with grace, confidence, and the Whatever / Whenever attitude

Who You Are :

Charismatic and guest-oriented

Confident communicator with excellent English skills

A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Previous hostess or customer-facing experience is a plus
