Visible Magic is a Web3 company. We create and deliver blockchain and Web3 products for US customers.

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can consistently deliver high-quality leads and set up meetings for our sales team. Experience in Web3 and AI is important.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients across various channels (not limited to LinkedIn).
  • Execute omnichannel lead generation strategies : LinkedIn, email outreach, forums, Reddit, communities, databases, and other sources.
  • Ensure KPI delivery : at least 40 qualified leads per month.
  • Perform 100–200 outreach touches per week aimed at initiating contact and scheduling meetings.
  • Use AI tools and prompts to verify and qualify leads before handing them over to the sales team.
  • Schedule 8–10 sales discovery calls per week with prospective clients.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Communicate with prospects : respond to inquiries, gather key information, and nurture them through the sales funnel.

Requirements :

  • Experience in lead generation and / or sales.
  • Ability to build effective omnichannel lead generation funnels.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email tools, and alternative lead generation platforms.
  • Experience working with alternative lead generation channels : Reddit, Discord and Slack communities (including gaining access), forums, as
  • well as understanding the principles of working with web spiders (parsing, collecting contact information and data from open sources)
  • Experience with AI tools for research, lead verification, and personalized outreach.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Upper-intermediate English level or higher.
