Technical Consultant / Project Manager Consultant

Responsibilities :

• Participation in projects such as : Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Feasibility Study, Masterplan, Concepts,
• Technical analysis, verification and opinions on solutions, reconciliation of documentation, technical advice, permitting path, limitations from urban plans and studies
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with Clients
• Managing of projects from different aspects - timing, budget, quality, leading internal team

Requirements :

Optionally :

Professional Engineer license in Architecture / Civil / other related to the above's responsibilities
