Join our team as a Continuous Process Improvement Manager at AXA Partners CEE! As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing essential business systems and processes, finding ways to make them more efficient, and providing actionable tips to refine all aspects of the business. You will also build a culture and environment supporting process improvement management in the entire CEE region, leading process improvement projects, and developing process management knowledge in the company.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage relevant project budgets and closely cooperate with external partners to support operational and back-office teams in achieving their targets.
  • Lead process improvement project teams and the process management and process improvement team.
  • Create and own the Continuous Improvement methodology based on Lean Six Sigma in the company, including templates and process setup.
  • Develop Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Process Management and Process Improvement knowledge in the company and provide training to all employees.
  • Analyze current procedures, identify areas for improvements and cost efficiency, and create detailed flowcharts to illustrate processes.
  • Build a culture of collecting ideas for process and system improvements and map customer journeys to identify gaps in customer experience.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, and maintain project documentation according to company governance.
  • Develop and provide training, mentoring, and coaching to team members and talents in the area of Process Management and Process Improvement.

Your Profile

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Process Management methodologies.
  • Experience in leading process improvement projects and managing project budgets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build and develop teams.
  • Proven ability to identify areas for improvement and implement change across an organization.
  • Solid understanding of risk management and the ability to act in accordance with company values.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.
  • Willingness to actively participate in company projects and perform any other additional tasks related to the position as given by the manager.
