We are looking for a technically strong E-commerce Solution Architect to lead the design of scalable, high-performance web applications and integrations. In this role, you’ll shape the architecture of our modern e-commerce platform with PHP backend and React frontend, focusing on seamless integration with external systems and long-term maintainability.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Design and document end-to-end system architecture for web-based e-commerce solutions

Define integration strategies with third-party platforms (e.g. marketplaces, ERP systems, payment gateways, logistics APIs)

Design scalable and secure RESTful APIs, data models, and service interactions

Guide teams on best practices for modular, maintainable architecture (e.g., microservices, headless commerce)

Review and validate technical decisions made by engineering teams

Identify performance bottlenecks and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle

Collaborate closely with product managers, backend / frontend developers, and designers

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in software architecture or technical leadership roles

Strong experience in PHP preferred

Solid understanding of frontend architecture, ideally with React.js

Proven experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, including authentication and data flows

Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized environments

Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems, including headless commerce, CMS, and marketplace integrations

Deep understanding of architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven, layered architecture)

Strong problem-solving mindset with a pragmatic and product-oriented approach

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across stakeholders
