In Commerzbank Group Management – Organization & Security Corporate Services (GM-OS CS) Prague, we are supporting the local branch as well as the international branch network of Commerzbank AG with corporate procurement, facility management as well as with physical security services. Our main customers are the International Corporates branches but also the DTCs in Prague, Lodz and Sofia. In cooperation with all relevant GM–OS CS roles we are the organizational backbone of the branches. We ensure day-to-day provision of GM-OS CS tasks for the branches in the region Europe.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the procurement field.

Responsibility is the support of current GM-OS CS team with following tasks :

  • Procurement of goods and services in close alignment with the European branches including the regular visit in place
  • Liaise with local clients with regards to purchasing queries concerning the status of Purchase Order
  • Ensure that all related filing is kept up to date at all times
  • Select appropriate vendors where the bank does not have a preferred vendor
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve pricing and delivery
  • Work closely with other Procurement functions in Prague
  • Steering the local Facility Management Provider to ensure a smooth running of daily FM operations incl. technical / IT rooms
  • Coordination of Service Vendors for maintenance works
  • Liaise with Landlord for local facility services and real estate management
  • Coordinate with other Departments in the branches on their short ,medium and long-term requirements on space planning, leasing and office space requirements
  • Responsibility for carbon-footprint and other aspects of eco-management and sustainability
  • In close cooperation the HQ’s functions make sure that the physical security of the branches is organized according to the relevant regulations in regards of access, CCTV, BCM and key management

  • Experience working in international team and with international customers
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills, with focus to continuously improve processes
  • Fluent Czech and French spoken and written and basic English in written and spoken as well
