Our People Planning & Performance Manager BU West and CZ is responsible for analysing the people package results to open gaps and find opportunities, while challenging the business via benchmarking. What will you be doing :

  • People Package Budget Build, Cascading & Calendarization for respective scope
  • Run PPM People Tracking & Monitoring and LE process with entity owners
  • ZBB People package analysis actuals vs budget, accrual process, budget and LE process, accounting process
  • Responsible to cascade the PPM People cycle to each one of the regions / countries
  • Review the performance of the package with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Assess and challenge the ZBB people costs of the organization, together with the entity owners, identifies initiatives and leads actions plan to optimize the ZBB people costs and close the gaps towards Budget, LE
  • Develops Management Reporting for people package to enable best-in-class performance management including definition of key information requirements
  • Challenge entity owners with benchmarking
  • Participating in People PPM transformation project

What you'll bring :

  • Good knowledge of accounting rules therefore a Finance background or experience is essential
  • Attention to detail and capable of managing complexity
  • Effective communication and influencing skills with the capacity to drive change
  • Hands-on, in depth analyzer and ability to drive final recommendations to the Senior Management with “helicopter view"
  • Ability to coordinate with colleagues on different geographical locations and cultures
  • Presentation skills. Is able to present / report to Senior Management
  • Good knowledge of information systems, processes and PC applications (proficiency in MS Excel is a must, SAP, PBI
  • Education : University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting (preferable).

    Technical competencies

    Must have :

  • Good knowledge of accounting rules therefore a Finance background or experience is essential
  • Attention to detail and capable of managing complexity
  • Effective communication and influencing skills with the capacity to drive change
  • Hands-on, in depth analyzer and ability to drive final recommendations to the Senior Management with “helicopter view".
  • Self-starter with a strong analytical mindset and result oriented attitude and problem solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate with colleagues on different geographical locations and cultures.
  • Presentation skills. Is able to present / report to Senior Management
  • Fluent in English, other European languages is a plus. Able to work in a multinational environment
  • Good knowledge of information systems, processes and PC applications (proficiency in MS Excel is a must
