Your Key Responsibilities

• Creation of quality reports and warranty credits in SAP Reporting of product-related technical problems to PMIPE / TLM
• Writing of reports and customer correspondence
• Telephone customer advice and assistance with GA cases
• Prepare warranty statistics from SAP / BW
• Legal support in disputes in GA cases
• Warranty parts inspection and diagnosis
• Warranty Parts Return Customer / Manufacturer
