Job summary :
- Controlling and distribution of various ocean transport documents for the documentation team, focusing on customers’ needs and foreign countries’ rules / regulations.
- Communication with carriers, logistic coordinators, customers and other departments internally.

Handling of various ocean transport documentsInspection and correction of documentsOrganizing and distributing of documentation packages to the customersWorking with SAP and intercompany computer programsCommunication with carriers, logistic coordinators, customers and team in English via phone and email.Also responsible for :

Education / qualifications, experience and required skills :
Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applicationsProfessional knowledge of written and spoken EnglishInitiative and strong sense for organizationPositive and “can do” attitude, with focus on meeting customers’ requirementsAccuracy, attention to detail, fast learnerPosition suitable also for fresh graduatesWe offer :
