The Senior Business Analyst will play a key supporting role in a data-led transformation programme, helping bridge the gap between business users and technical teams. This role focuses on detailed business and data analysis and ensures delivery remains aligned with stakeholder needs.

• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential
• Experience in stakeholder-facing roles, preferably within retail or supply chain domains
• Comfortable with SQL / data queries and modern reporting tools
• Agile experience required, ideally using JIRA and Confluence

Support the Product Manager in day-to-day product and delivery tasks , Conduct in-depth business and data analysis to support product development , Define user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams , Work closely with business users to clarify requirements and manage expectations , Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and status updates , Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews ] Requirements : SQL, Jira, Confluence Tools : Jira, Confluence, Agile, Scrum.
