We are looking for an experienced and driven Procurement manager with focus and responsibility for managing commercial categories of intermediate to higher complexity.
Key responsibilities :
- You will be managing commercial categories of intermediate to higher complexity ( e.g. media, marketing agencies, merch / POS, dispense, etc. ) and leading all negotiations as related to these categories with strong understanding of country / business priorities and needs. Ensure contract compliance once agreement is signed.
- Managing local / regional suppliers (large number of supplier relationships - 100 to 250), including scorecarding and actively monitoring KPI's, take responsibility for delivering category RO's on the national level.
- Maintaining predefined and cascaded cost savings target on yearly level, assessing and managing category risks and opportunities on a country level.
- Engaging with stakeholders within their country and respective categories. You should be able to act as a business partner with internal stakeholders aligning on company priorities and needs. Stakeholders can be at the CLT level.
- Responsible for managing category AOP cycle including supporting local teams with their own budgets.
Core skills and professional experience :
4+ years of relevant work experienceStrong strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, and contract negotiation skills is a mustSAP experienceContract management, spend analysis, and e-sourcing tools experienceBroad based experience in multinational category management and international teamsStrong project management skillsEffective written and verbal communications skillsIndustry certification (ISM, CIPS or other relevant organization); understanding of the beverage or FMCG industry is preffered and an advantage.
