Responsibilities
- Engage deeply with senior executives to define and execute Enterprise-wide Data Management & Governance Strategy programs and business-cases, often becoming the trusted advisor
- Lead Data Management & Governance assessments to help clients gradually improve capabilities from current state to the viable state of maturity by creating strategy, roadmaps and implementation plans
- Leverage your deep understanding of business and IT capabilities to build technology solutions for Data Management and Governance which help to innovate and create value across the client organization
- Provide end-to-end services from strategy ideation and use case elaboration to MVP implementation and further enterprise scaling-out
- Lead customer conversations and architectural teams to define modern Data Management architecture and developing practices to manage data through its lifecycle
- Support business development efforts, including proposal development, Statements of Work, and client presentations
- Create consulting offerings and reusable templates
Requirements
Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Information Technology or related disciplineMinimum 3 years in a Consulting role leading Data Management & Governance initiativesDeep practical subject matter expertise in at least 2-3 of the following areas : Data Governance Operating model & Policies, Data Quality, Master Data Management, Metadata Management & Data Cataloging, Data Lineage, Data ComplianceUnderstanding of data governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM), methodologies, processes and how to implement themExperienced in building relationships with directors and C-levels stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of the customer business and driving data-driven insightsPractical expertise in conducting maturity assessment and gap analysis and providing strategic roadmap and solution implementation guidelinesHands-on experience in running customer workshops and other collaboration sessions to discover customer priorities, understand current state, and determine maturity / readiness to execute on enterprise Data Management & Governance visionExpertise on industry & market trends with tools scoring model for selecting fit for purpose technology solution and tailoring and applying industry best practices at scaleExtensive practical expertise with modern data stack, agile environments and high-end technologiesAbility to work independently, manage small engagements with multiple work threads, or parts of large engagementsExcellent verbal and written command of the English language, to drive client side discussions and draft concise documentation when requiredNice to have
