Communicate with customers via phone, chat, e-mail and social networks
Help with account registration and verification, login, payments, and technical mysteries
To be a reliable guide to the world of our platform
Find fast, friendly and accurate solutions
Contribute to the improvement of internal processes with your observations and ideas

Requirements

Who are we looking for?We are looking for a partner who has a natural feeling for the customer and at the same time :

Speaks and writes fluent Czech (C2) and can communicate in English (B2)

He has a positive attitude, is a team player and does not shy away from challenges

Is familiar with computer applications (MS Office, etc.)

Can explain complex things in simple terms

Interested in sports and betting – so you know what we're talking about

Previous customer service experience is an advantage, not a requirement

Has completed secondary education with a high school diploma
