Junior Cleaning Validation Specialist

The main task of Cleaning Validation Specialist is to assure and coordinate cleaning validation processes according to Validation Master Plan in order toprevent portfolio cross-contamination, exclusion of personal threats due manipulation with raw materials and substances in line with GMP and HSE requirements. Also to ensure qualitative compliance with the requirements of relevant authorities and internal QA processes.

Your responsibilities

Assure and coordinate tests proving cleanliness of the manufacturing equipment / parts in order to prevent / declare that cross-contamination between portfolio mix is on the level defined by criteria in line with GMP and HSE.

Create, communicate, consult documentation valid for sanitizing agents and hygiene process according to GMP and HSE requirements across the whole organization. Set-up of SOPs relevant to cleaning validation process in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Share expertise within optimization and manufacturing transfer and technical projects. Creation of risk analysis showing evidence, thatrisk of potential cross-contamination is reduced to required limits.

The employee will perform other tasks under the direction of the Manager within the agreed type of work.

Qualifications and required skills

University degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical technology or natural science.

Knowledge of professional area – Pharmaceutical Technology, API Technology and Production

Knowledge of GMP rules, RA requirements, QA requirements.
