The role

We are looking for a CZ / SK Operations Dispatcher to join our CZ / SK Landside Operations team. She / He will manage the Landside Operations Execution tasks and interact with both internal stakeholders as well as external providers, in compliance with all company procedures.

Main tasks

• Handles landside operations tasks on a daily basis on land import and export operations and responds to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Offers assistance in the resolution of customers queries and issues through customer service team, both in English and Czech / Slovak.
• Maintains relationships with the internal customer service team to receive relevant information for the customers
• Provides quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Focuses on high-quality data to set a high standard for all the assignments managed.
• May perform root cause analyses in the event of escalations.
• Data processing and reports
• May support peers with technical or process related challenges during process execution.

We are looking for :

Location : The position is placed in Prague or Bratislava, hybrid working set up.

Relevant information : VISA and relocation support will not be provided.
