We’re expanding our Freemium Customer Success Management team and hiring Online Marketing Managers to lead key initiatives focused on specific lifecycle stages, brands, or strategic areas. This is a high-impact opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and are passionate about freemium business models, digital subscriptions, and delivering measurable growth.
Objectives :
Own a Focus Area : Take ownership of a specific growth stream, lifecycle segment, or brand within our freemium portfolio (Avast, AVG, Avira, CCleaner)
Drive Sustainable Growth : Partner with Product, User Acquisition, Central Marketing, and Ops teams to grow bookings, customer base, retention, and NPS
Turn Data into Action : Design experiments and use insights to improve key lifecycle moments — from acquisition to conversion, upsell, and retention
Champion the Customer Journey : Optimize user experiences across platforms and touchpoints while balancing business goals and user value
Collaborate for Impact : Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and help align teams behind shared growth objectives
Track and Report : Monitor performance, report results, and take initiative to improve impact and execution quality
Competencies :
Proven Growth Expertise (Applies deep experience in digital marketing, online sales, or product growth — especially in freemium or subscription-based models — to deliver impactful business outcomes).
Advanced Analytical Skills (Leverages tools like dashboards and pivot tables to analyze performance, support A / B testing, and inform data-driven decisions)
Strategic Execution (Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution; independently drives end-to-end initiatives from ideation through implementation).
Effective Communication and Influence ( Communicates complex ideas clearly and persuasively; collaborates across teams and influences decisions through strong written and verbal communication (in English).
Customer-Centric Mindset (Prioritizes long-term customer value and loyalty over short-term wins; ensures decisions align with user needs and sustainable growth).
Ownership and Accountability (Acts with autonomy, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership; holds self accountable for results and follows through consistently).
Nice to Have
Background in consumer cybersecurity, privacy, fintech, or mobile-first digital products
Experience managing globally distributed brands or campaigns
Familiarity with experimentation platforms, customer data tools, or product-led growth environments
