We are looking for an excellent Talent Aquisiiton Partner to join our global team. Acting as the point of contact for Europe recruitment across our Fleetcor portfolio of businesses, you will be joinig us at an exciting time of ongoing business growth and success! Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisiiton for UK and Europe (who is based in the UK) you will be based in our Prague office amongst our Europe HR team colleagues.

To be successful in this role you will be fluent in spoken and written Czech and English, you’ll enjoy being part of a changing environment and have good recruitment experience gained from either an agency or an in-house team.

What you will be doing :

• Responsible for sourcing and pipelining talent across several countries by pro actively using LinkedIn and other platforms as well as attendance at relevant recruitment events
• Pre screening and interviewing candidates face to face for a wide variety of positions from entry to senior level to ensure suitability for current and future positions
• Good stakeholder / line manager relationship building skills
• Review of competitor businesses where required to support hiring decisions
• Ensure a good candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
• Provide constructive candidate feedback as required
• Interview booking / diary management as required
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in the Workday HR system
• Work collaboratively as part of the wider Talent Acquisition and HR function
