The Group has decided to build a significant natural gas and power end-consumer presence in the Czech Republic (METCZ).

THE OPPORTUNITY :

We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Back Office Manager . A solid background in the Czech energy sector is a must. We are looking for a Back office Manager with a commercial mindset who will not only support sales team and manage Key Accounts customers contracts, but will help to implement new CRM system and develop local Back office processes. The ideal candidate thrives well in a fast-paced environment with a focus on execution and possess a strong technical and energy legislation skillset.

This role will require close collaboration with local Top management, Sales team and METCZ´s Portfolio management desk. You will also play a key role in negotiating and closing sales contracts with Key Account customers.

Another aspect of this role is market insight, requiring you to monitor trends in the energy sector and contribute to the development of origination and sales strategies based on market changes.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :

In this role, you will be expected of taking care of the following tasks :

• Design and implement processes of the Back office department in the context of business processes and company strategy
• Creates and manages framework contracts for distributors in the LV, HV and VHV network (MO, SO, VO)
• Records all new data or changes in the CRM systems
• Carries out telephone and written communication with relevant distributors, traders and the Market Operator in matters of supplier change
• Solves urgent, non-standard and complicated requirements of customers and the sales team
• Ensures a change of supplier for customers in all voltage and volume category, terminates contracts with current suppliers and concludes distribution contracts
• Submits complaints to merchants in matters of unauthorized rejection of supplier changes
• Monitor market developments that might have an impact on the BO processes
• Optimize current systems and develop systems to support our growth
