As a Customer Service Operations Specialist at P&G, you will play a critical role in evaluating and enhancing the processes that drive our customer interactions. You will be at the forefront of our supply chain operations by supporting daily communication with our customers, overseeing inventory management, ensuring order fulfillment and compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies. Your expertise and attention to detail will be vital in meeting customer needs and exceeding their expectations.

Job Qualifications

Supply chain – very good understanding of processes & best practices

ERP experience – having some or interest to learn, ideally SAP

Communication – effectively communicate to internal partners and external customers.

Analytical capabilities – data analysis & reporting

Agility – Interface a broad section of customer orders, resolving issues / blocks

Languages – fluent Czech & English. Able to communicate with Slovakian customers as well. Other cluster languages (Polish, Hungarian) would be an asset
